Excellent man. Give him a pay raise. I accidentally left my money clip in your liner. I called Jeff he found it and l picked it up the next day. I had warranty work done and it took a few days. Very accommodating helpful. You have a good one with him. Do your best to keep him.

I was told the appointment would take 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 mins and the appointment ended up taking over 2 hours to swap out a tire. Also there was no hand sanitizer anywhere in the showroom.

ABOVE AND BEYOND. The service department at Metro Lexus is phenomenal. No wonder why, Lexus is #1 when it comes to service. A day before the holiday I got my oil change, upon entering the garage I was greeted by Jeffrey Miller. he informed me it would be two hours or less for the services to be completed. I was in no rush but had a few errands to run, I kindly asked if anyone can give me a ride or if he had a loaner. Within a minute he provide a loaner and I was out of the dealership. THAT’S SERVICE. I was updated on my services. Received a text message with a link to payment. I paid and my car was ready to be picked up. Thank you!!!!!!

They are fraudsters. I asked for Freon recharging. They told me they couldn’t until they tested for leaks and cost for it is $79. When I got a bill they charged 179$ for it and 16$ for Freon. In translation for the 16$ real work they charged $200
