Hilary was outstanding: professional, prompt, courteous; I was totally satisfied with her. However, I was disappointed with a few things. For example, the rubber stripping by the tailgate door was hanging loose and the radio channels had all been changed. I expected more from Lexus, especially on such an expensive service visit. In the future, it would also be helpful to know which repairs could, should and must be done-part of trusting your expertise. Again, Hilary was top notch in every category.
