I got several texts that had no meaning at all and when I called he number from which it came, it said it was a disconnected service. I could not get a status on the repair of my vehicle, so I called. I was transferred to service four times and no one answered after 25 rings each time. When I called back on the fifth time, I stated that I wanted to have service call me back, and they said I would immediately gat a call. Three hours later I got a call and the caller was clueless.
Overall, unless you fix this, I would never use your service department again.
Plus after exam if my bill, I found a discrepancy, on which I will follow up .
Your service department has gone downhill from the 10 years of service I remember. I used to look forward to going there to get a cookie and coffee, and now you have turned into getting a bakery ticket and never being waited upon.
If that’s your service, then you have lost my faith in everything else.
