I’m very sorry to report that I have not experienced satisfactory customer since my purchase in February.
Upon purchase there was 1 key fob provided. I was told another would be mailed to me. Instead I received a call in April and told to come in for service to have my key programmed. I asked to please hold the key, as I was in comfortable with current status of Covid-19. I would make an appointment to have key fob programmed and to have a noise concern looked at my service department in near future.
I did bring my vehicle in for service to have key programmed and noise concern on Thursday 6/4. Received a text on Friday @ 6:19pm stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. I replied to the text that I work Saturday’s and would be in Monday @ 10am.
My expectation was that when I arrived Monday @10:00 my car would be washed and ready with the 2nd key fob. When I arrived today I was told the key was made in March but could not be found at the dealership and I would need to contact my salesperson, Desiree, for further info. Disappointed that Cordis, the Assistant Service Manager, didn’t take ownership to resolve the matter.
Cordis then asked me to wait inside the dealership while my car was washed. I had waited 30 mins when Desiree, my salesperson, walked past and asked if I was in for service. I explained my frustrations to Desiree, who stated she would handle. Another 5 plus minutes passed before Cordis came to me and said the car had been ready and blamed the car wash guys for not telling him.
Cordis and I then walked to my car which was not washed and covered in pollen. Cordis addressed me as ‘Dear’, which I found extremely patronizing, and apologized. At this point I was so frustrated I just got in my car and drove away.
The matter of the key fob is unresolved and my beautiful Lexus filthy.
