I was told when I made the appointment that the alignment would take 1 hour. I was at your dealership for 2 hours. Your dealership is a joke! I will never go back. Stop over booking appointments and making cutters wait. No excuses. Just like your time is valuable, so is mine! None of the service advisors didn’t even come to tell me it would take longer. Truly pathetic! I’ll take my business to another lexus dealership that values my time. It’s a joke.

I didn’t ask Josh about this because I didn’t review my invoice until I got home. I’m surprised I was charged over $100 to put in a front headlight bulb. I think this is pretty outrageous. How long does it take to do this?
