I feel that just because I received a loaner car, and had an appointment, I should be kept in the same line for service as everyone who opted to wait. Just because I could do something while waiting for my car to be serviced rather than sitting around, I should not have been subject to being put at the “when we get to it” line. What’s the sense of having an appt? I was then told to drive home and come back the next day...(I live in Perry OH... about an hour away), yet as soon as I got there,, I was told to drive all the way back.
