Joshua was nice but I wasn’t convinced my tire was not repairable. I explained to Joshua on Wednesday, 3/3 when he called my tire was flat when I went out to my garage to leave. But, he still documented in the notes the tire was damaged due to me driving on a flat tire. That was not the case and not true.. I’m going to have the old tire checked to confirm what Joshua explained to me.

This was a very poor experience. No one contacted me all day, and I had no information in regards to the status of my vehicle, and no explanation to additional recommendations. I dropped off my car to be serviced at 7:15 am, and if I had not called repeatedly I would have never heard back from Joshua. He gave me vague ambiguous answers as to when my vehicle would be ready, and no follow up when I requested valet delivery. Overall it was very frustrating and disappointing service. I do not feel confident bringing my vehicle back in to this management team, since the manager was not even available to mend the situation. I arrived at 6 pm not knowing if my car was ready or not, without an apology or any kind of sincerity in my interaction with Joshua. I do not want to use him as a representative ever again and consequences should be taken for this unsatisfactory behavior.
