Everything went so smoothly and I appreciate all the help. Just one little thing, I can't open all the windows in the car, only the one on the driver's side. If I go to each door then the window will open but from the drivers side on the armrest I am unable to open the other windows. That should not be and it wasn't that way when I brought the car in. Apparently when the battery died something must have happened with the windows but I didn't realize it until I was 3/4 of the way home today. I will be in touch to bring it back in.

Jeffrey Miller, goes beyond the customer satisfaction experience in providing the highest care and integrity to a customer.
Definitely do not see service advisors in the automotive field like this anymore. Just a suggestion he should train all incoming advisors on the flow and pace of the automobile experience you would have no issue bringing your car in for service just in the care and intellectual knowledge in Luxury class vehicles.
