I lost my trust to metro lexus service when i found they charge me for something i have warranty for. You can look at my last year bill and find more about it. Even this year i am not sure what i pay is correct. I have been told everything mechanical supposed to be paid by metro and any wear and tear by me. I still think rotor is mechanical which metro supposed to pay for it and brake pad is what i supposed to pay (refer to my bill for 2021). Long story short, I am not happy with metro lexus service.

Discovered left wiper stopped working on Friday at 3 p.m. After calling service department and being told first appointment would be following Wednesday, I spoke to Josh and he said bring in the car on Saturday. My husband took the car in at 8:15 and was home by 9:30. Thankfully, it was a simple repair, but really appreciate the willingness to fit us in, especially since it was a safety issue. My husband loves hanging out in the lovely, comfortable waiting area and checking out the new vehicles. Thanks, Josh, and Metro service.
