My one complaint was this is the second time I had my car serviced and received my car unwashed. I know it is trivial, but with the amount of money I spent and the fact that a car wash is available is disturbing. Thanks to Noah (I think that was his name) when he obtained my car I mentioned that it was unwashed again, he kindly drove it through the car wash. Satisfaction is achieved through the biggest details but also through the small ones too!????
