I was concerned about the rattling from underneath my car. I’m happy to have the 90,000 mile check up done and the oil change, there is still a lot of rattling from underneath my car. If someone would have called me to tell me that the heat shields were the source of the problem, I would have had those fixed too.

Every service is a sales opportunity. At least new brakes & tires. Ive seen the receptionist tally sheets. # of customers/# of sales. Ive nevr gone & not needed new tires or breaks. Should be based on needs from the mechanic not trying to induce new sales for the reception team
