Did not complete inspection of potential damage to rear passenger wheel and tire. Common sense would tell you to check for further damage to suspension and wheel bearing.
The next day I was leaving for Florida. As we drove down the passenger rear tire had a whining noise and the suspension squeaked all the way to Florida.
I took the car to Sarasota Lexus and they found a bad wheel bearing and a bent suspension arm. They repaired and the car ride noirs free.
Melissa from Metro Collision was excellent. Sarasota Lexus provided her with the documents to supply the insurance company. I rated Metro Collision with a 10 rating for all category’s.
