I paid for a for detail and they only did a partial detail. When I first purchased the car in December there was some marks on the council or on the top of the inside of the car they were black and they told me that they would get those off and in the center consul there’s a little compartment with a bunch of junk in it which I tried to clean but I couldn’t get it out and I was told that they would clean this out for me. So when I took my car in to get serviced they said that they would honor the two things that they would clean but I also told him I wanted a full detail of the car inside and then I would pay for it well they only did partial or not even they only clean the two things that I had mentioned before but I paid full price of the detail

Please do not have this representative contact me. My experience was not a good one. The professionalism of the representative was not there in the initial in-person contact. It was somewhat demeaning; his words could have been harassing if I worked there. Lastly, near the end, he looked as if either I or he was dumbfounded by questions.
