Actually, I meant to push "No" for not yet. I need to get used to a luxury car first! But trust me, I LOVE Lexus, so yes I will, just give me a bit! The loaner was great! Joshua is VERY patient with explaining things in detail, and friendly but still business-like. I'm very satisfied, but like I said, I have to get used to this, and I will.

I purchased a 2015 lexus es350 10 days ago I took it back today (Saturday) for an aligment cause was pulling to the left and steering wheel was not straight. But still pulling steering wheel still crook it. I'm happy with my vehicle but that's the only issue I was hoping to be resolved.

At first we were not happy because the car was not prepared for a new owners. However after addressing the problem your service people did the excellent job cleaning and, finally, Armor all car for which service we paid before hand.
Now we are waiting for a third day already for the finance director to answer our call and set a day and time when she will be able to see us and answer a few questions that we have regarding the car warranty.
