I did not like the interaction with Mr. Cooper when I bought my car in to have a new radio installed. As long as I have been taking my car to metro lexus, no one has ever asked me for my credit card before the work was done. Also, he was too aggressive with the loaner car. I have three lexus cars, and I thinking about taking my cars to classic! When I picked up my car, the experience was good, I didn't have to deal with Mr. Paul Cooper! Thanks!!!

Brought my car in for my first oil change and to ask about the sticky dash and melting door panels. Was told to kick rocks about the dash and panels, which bummed me out as the car is a rare 6 speed and only has 44k miles, but that’s ok. The service writer had a first week employee shuttle me to work(less than a mile down the road) IN MY OWN CAR. I’m only writing this comment because he didn’t know how to drive it, left from a dead stop in second gear twice before I asked him what he was doing, and now my clutch slips. Very let down by my first Lexus experience. Writing this here and not on Google in hopes to be made right.
