All is fine with the service provided by Cordis. The issue is your pricing, specifically your labor charges. $800 of an $1,100 bill due to labor - basically changing the oil and brake fluid, flushing the coolant, putting on a belt and doing an alignment. Absolute price gouging. I don’t need a follow up call telling me about the costs to operate a dealership, courtesy cars, etc. Total nonsense.

Your technician changed a couple of my operations settings without any request from me. One of those settings - which I haven’t identified yet shows the front of the car through the camera when the car is in idle. All I wanted was my tires rotated and now I have to screw around with a setting that I have NEVER used. Also, the “dent protection” that was sold to me when I leased the car proved to be worthless. I am not happy….I might as well just go to Conrad’s.
