It was not a bad experience, just not the best. There was a mistake made with my vehicles mileage. I noticed it when I was leaving the Metro complex so I had to turn around and go back inside to get it corrected. After about 10 or so minutes the mistake got corrected and I was on my way. My initial reaction to this survey was to not mention the issue, but then decided to share what had happened because that was being truthful, which is what I expect you wanted from me.
