My GX was dropped off Friday At 9:30 am for tire replacement and an oil change. I was told the service might take until Saturday morning before I could pick up my GX. I heard from Paul Friday at 4:00 saying it might not be until Monday. I reluctantly accepted the change but when I didn’t hear from Paul on Monday, I left him a voicemail at 2:30 asking for an update. He did not return my call. At 4:15 I arrived at the dealership to find my GX sitting outside with the tires complete. I entered the service department, which had only one customer at the time, and asked Paul what was happening. He didn’t seem to know but acknowledged he hadn’t checked his messages in the past couple of hours. He retrieved paperwork that showed a technician’s report on additional service needed. On your service app, I saw the technician’s report time stamped at 9:25 am Monday. Paul hadn’t gotten around to calling me and had I not shown up in person, I would have waited until at least Tuesday before my GX was returned. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and follow through I experienced with Paul and Metro Lexus. Plus, two full business days plus Saturday is unacceptable to get 4 tires and an oil change. In hindsight, I should have just gone to NTB for the same price. At least I would have been done the same day.
