Jeff Miller did a great job for me but he only finished up the back end of my problem. The "completely satisfied" question is poor as that it is a yes or no answer. I was not completely satisfied but very satisfied with the back end of my problem. The front end was a disaster. Jeff did not handle that end of the problem. Once he and Dan Booth got involved, the problem was resolved. Before that, it looked like a money grab on the part of Metro Lexus. Metro tried to charge me $1000.00+ to fix a problem that should have been covered on my bumper to bumper coverage on my certified Lexus. As it turned out the problem was simple and required a fix that was also simple. They did not have to replace the $1000.00+ part they said they were going to have to replace. After Dan and Jeff got involved, it was quick, simple and covered as it should have been. Hats off to Jeff and Dan!

Please thank the detailer and service agent at check-out just prior to closing for me, very satisfied with those services. Transfer from customer service to service maintenance, multiple rings/long delay before it goes to voicemail. I'd rather speak to someone than leave a message and miss return call (in a meet all day), but the number of rings before it went to voicemail (15-20?) created an expectation someone would pick up.
