I had great difficulty scheduling tmy appointment. Numerous disconnects, failed calls, dialed calls that would not transmit, etc. Spent a good part of an hour trying to get through. If you use VOIP, please consider going back to a traditional landline. A1 service at Metro Lexus. Everyone who worked there seemed to be happy, friendly and professional. The facility was clean and thanks for the can of Pepsi.

I have always had my car serviced by you and was not aware of any major problems when I had the car serviced in April. Jeffrey advised me that the oil had not been changed for 14 months. I had also previously complained about the lane change indicator but the program was never checked. I also complained about low brake pressure. Thanks to Jeffrey for scheduling the diagnostic checks and for making the necessary changes before my warranty ran out. Just wonder why something as serious as losing complete brake power had not been identified before. I looked at the Metro site and noticed that there was a previous recall in 2018. Perhaps the two issues were not related ? Just to let you know, when this happened, I had no ability to stop the car. I was told there was nothing I could do to override this. Is that true ? Jeffrey was not the person who told me that as he was busy with another customer. It concerns me that this could happen again, and what other program issues could possibly happen. Overall, I was very pleased with the attention to detail that Jeffrey displayed. I also tried several times to reach the service desk to determine the status of my car prior to completion and was transferred only to find out that all circuits were busy or lost the connection after waiting several minutes to be connected. Your phone system needs a major overhaul. I am not computer savvy, but you must be able to handle customers such as myself to bypass your new communication system.
