Jeff is the best full stop! I have delt with many service advisors in my 45+ years of car ownership and I have never met one whose expertise on the vehicles they service is so compelling that even the smallest issues are resolved over a phone call! He is a major asset to Metro and as a customer I appreciate it very much!
