My issue the last couple times I’ve come in, is the carpet in the driver side is filthy after every service. I’m not sure why when I have double mats. You remove one every time due to safety concerns but then my carpet gets filthy from someone’s boot.

My car sat outside finished for over 20 minutes before I got the text that said almost done give us 20-30 more minutes for paperwork. It had already been about 2 hours . By then I was standing at the kiosk waiting for someone to check me out. Not sure the problem but I have things to do and waiting over 2 hours for a service appt and a long time to check out was a problem
