Adam was ready to greet us and thoroughly explained what we could expect the service to do with our RX350 to resolve the problem we had with water coming into the vehicle onto the floor of the passengers side. Once all was done Adam asked if we had any questions or needed further help.

The service area is very efficient, the process for checking in is a major improvement over my dealership in NJ. Gabriel was a pleasure to work with. I had several questions, which he answered very professionally. He was quite helpful and easy to talk to. I enjoyed meeting him.
