Upon coming in to get car after front end corrections were made on original factory front end finish issues (wavy, not smooth front grill next to hood), I discovered multiple (12-15) paint and finish issues not completed at a satisfactory level. Manager agreed with my assessment and commented on disappointment with completed job. Car is back in for additional finish work. This is my first time with the Lexus Customer Experience, I purchased this vehicle because of the Lexus reputation for superior fit and finish. I am hoping for a better outcome on this attempt at the repairs.
