I scheduled an appointment for a 100,000 mile service. On day 2 I called for an update to learn that nothing was done day 1. If I hadn’t called, nothing would’ve been done on day 2. Of you were too busy for my service you could’ve called and rescheduled. That would’ve been preferred to no car for multiple days for a service. Very disappointed.
