I called five times this morning. I got thru pressed the key to indicate I was an existing customer and got hung up on five times. Not the service I am accustomed to at Lexus
Also not sure what happened to mark but he was your best service manager ever.

Thank you for accommodating us… upon arrival we were told by Paul that since we requested a loaner car that my vehicle would have to be kept over the weekend. I told him when I scheduled the gal said she could get me in the next day or two with no loaner, and a week to ten days if I needed the loaner, so I opted for the extended scheduled date. Paul was very nice and somehow found us a very nice loaner vehicle and I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Thank you!
