The service done on my car by Paul Cooper was satisfactory. IHowever, I also had an IT issue with my Digital Key. Tysean was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue but my digital key would not connect with my car. Tysean called the Lexus support number who also failed to resolve the issue. This man then consulted with the 3rd level support who also could not resolve the issue. They ended up telling me that the IOS in my iPhone 13 (2 years old) has not yet been tested. This is not satisfactory. I am traveling to Florida in a week and will be down there with only one key and no digital backup while I continue to wait for my second fob. I know fobs are available because you sell them. I would like to receive my second fob by December 27.

Cordis is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My experience with the overall communication with the dealership was disappointing. I called multiple times with no answer and no voice-mail- would keep ringing and then just disconnected. I felt I had to constantly make the calls to get updates. When I was able to leave voice-mail, I didn't receive a return call - I had to keep calling. Didn't feel as valued as I have in the past.
