My car was kept for two weeks and you still can tell me what’s wrong with my car. You tried to charge me $400+ to complete diagnostics which again, you can’t tell me what’s wrong. You also want to charge me $1,023 to do work on my car that you can’t guarantee will resolve the problem. You all are running a scam and this is completely unacceptable!!!

There are issues found in my vehicle that was not discussed with me. She keeps on telling me about the tire that needs to be replaced but the major items like the spark plug and drive belt issues were never discussed with me. When I got home and I looked into the paperwork that was given to me, I was surprised to see the major issues at the back of the paperwork.
