The service was very good. However the time it took to get the service done was not good. I waited close to 3 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment. The appointment was scheduled so it wasn’t that I was an unexpected walk in. I think Cassie was aware it was unusually long as she gave me a $30 discount. Overall I was satisfied, but would have been completely satisfied if the service were completed in an hour or an hour and a half.
