Everyone who works there is very nice. They also communicate well about what needs to be done and the cost. I appreciated being able to wait for repairs to be made. I prefer not taking a loaner unless absolutely necessary. Thank you!

The service was excellent, personnel outstanding.
I was quite surprised though that an upgrade to my navigation system would NOT be paid for under my purchased warranty on my Lexus approved used Lexus.
Such an upgrade would only involve the tech time… No expensive parts to replace-Simply the tech time to do it.
Kinda cheap in light of my two grand add-on to the total car purchase.
Live and learn in Lexus world!
P.S The cappuccino coffee was delicious!
