I was told that I needed a new battery when I brought my car in for repairs related to the AWD system. When I checked my records,I found that my battery was relatively new, just over a year old. It was able to jump another car on 3 sepatate instances so I find it hard to believe that it needs replacing. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and trying to sell me something that I don't need.

We have been having issues over a year with the right front tire holding air. We have been in many times to put air in the tire. And mentioned over and over something is not right. We even purchased new tires from Lexus. When we had new tires put on they said they will clean up and make sure all fixed, especially the right front tire. Feel Paul did not care about our issue. Now here we are a couple months later with same issue with right tire. Now they said a leak around rim, I said this is interssting to Paul as we continued to tell him about this issue. Not sure why this was not look into when we continued to say about the air pressure in front tire and ended up getting new tires. I look to Lexus to be the expert with cars. I still believe the right front needs a new rim. Time will tell.
