I guess I was surprised, though we arrived shortly after 8:00am did not give the pleasant welcoming personality that I have experienced in the past by the Metro Service team.
Robert, who greeted me to move the car toward the service bay on the other hand was very pleasant and I would like him complimented on his actions.
Cassie was more pleasant when we picked up our car at the end of the day.
