Not clear on the extra warranty that I purchased. My car was dry every morning from air conditioning hose issue. Car returned with both floor boards wet and they are still not dry ? Every morning with the issue they were dry. I have never had a problem with the service department and now I am definitely starting to lose my confidence. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I just bought my 2022 Lexus and never anticipated having issues with leaves and stems?? ( as I was told ) being in my air conditioning air hose?? Honestly it is confusing to me. Maybe there was a kink from the time purchased??

No one checked my tire pressure as I asked and the tire pressure light was on when it came to you and it is still on
Also the only person who ever contacted me to tell me what had been done or the amount of the bill was the valet. No service representative ever called me after the repairs? Still not sure my ac is working right?

The 35k service was fine and the guy at the desk checking me in and out was very nice. However, it seems the car wash is always out of order. I was told it would be hand washed. It either was not, or they did a very poor job. It seemed dirtier than when I brought it. I think an attempt was made because there were dirty water streaks and marks on the hood, but the window did not look like it had been touched, nor really much of the rest of the car.

My experience with Pryce was different. I was text with recommendations I needed for my car and I refused. I asked Pryce and he replied we recommend tires only.My tires are not two years old and I get wheel alignment when recommended. Not this trip. So, I was confused and not trust what Pryce recommended.
