The communication was great and customer service. The detailing was not the best. The exterior top of the car groves still has green marks, the passenger door inside leather has dark hand mark on it. The driver side also has some marks on leather on door. The driver side sun visor still has spots on it and a few minor places of ceiling. The driver side hand holder on ceiling also has some dark marks on it. The car is a lot cleaner then it was but the exterior groves and interior ceiling was forgotten and the car was not checked for marks that occurred with the cleaning process.

When I needed help with a nail in my tire I called Nick for help. I was told my tire was unfix able because of the location of the nail. Nick didn’t have a tire so he had me drop off my car and had a loner car waiting when I arrived. This guy is incredible and is a great representative for Lexus of Akron.
