This is not representative of the Lexus Akron/Canton dealership but I am really frustrated with the issues I have had with my door locks. If you take a look at Reynolds Services, Inc., and our history with Lexus, we have been buying SUV's since the early 2000. I have driven the RX300, then the 400h, then 450h and now the one I have. With the last two 450h I have had issues with the door lock actuators. The car I drive just passed 70,000 miles and now the rear driver door has an actuator issue once again. I have driven the Rx300 and 400h suv's for 200,000 plus thousand miles with no issues on the doors. It is disheartening when you support a luxury brand like Lexus for almost 3 decades and you still see these issues persist over time. I am not certain at this point if I would invest in a new Lexus going forward. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx for further discussion if needed. Thank you for allowing me to express my comments.
