As always, the service was exceptional. Ellie kept us informed and explained the additional service my car required. She was very knowledgeable and explained it very well. We have come to expect this level of service from Lexus of Akron/Canton and they never disappoint us!

When I got to my appt I was told there was no loaner available. They called me yesterday to confirm the appt. I questioned why I wasn't called this morning before the appt to tell me no loaner was available. I live 40 minutes away.so I just stayed and waited for my vehicle.
