I very much liked the pace of all of the employees. They were not scrambling or rushing to complete a task. That matters when you’re offering your services as an experience. I felt like everything was taken care of even if behind the scenes I am sure there was a lot of problem solving going on. Attitude matters and Lexus of Akron/canton nailed it.

I said “no “so I could simply make a suggestion. I allowed two hours for an inspection of my vehicle and unfortunately it took longer than that and I was late for an appointment. That could probably be blamed on me, but it might be a good idea if you folks could indicate estimated time for work. Maybe that’s difficult or even impossible. It’s just a suggestion. Other than that, you did a great job. Thank you for letting me make the suggestion to you John B
