I missed Zaryck , he was not there. There was a substitute customer service representative. I didn’t receive a detailed synopsis of the issues / future work needed. There was allot of fast (repair jargon) done in what I felt was an abnormally loud and unneeded manner. I don’t know if that was done to intimidate or to make me feel unknowledgable and coerce me to accept tbe presented work to be done. IT came across a bit aggressive.
