Zerryck Rogers and Jon Morris misdiagnosed a failure on my car. As a result they did not honor the warranty on the car and caused me to pay $1453.60 to fix a defect in manufacture, design or original delivery of the car. I will continue to tell my rich friends to definitely not consider purchasing a Lexus that fails to handle normal driving conditions without falling apart. I thought I was buying a quality product from people who stand behind their product but so far have been proven wrong. It has been very disagreeable dealing with Lexus of Akron/Canton. Consider me a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer. Lexus owes me $1453.80.

When waiting at dealership for work, in person contact and explanation of services and updates would be nice! Technology updates are convenient and nice when not present but feels disconnected and rude when your on premises. I like personal contact feedback.
