The service staff was courteous and professional. However, I waited three hours for a 15k check and front tire alignment. I was expecting 1 1/2 hours.
After having been a Classic Lexus service customer for several years, in my opinion, Akron Lexus pales in comparison. The waiting area is small and lacks privacy, as it’s impossible to get away from the loud obnoxious TV.
It's a small detail, but the snacks just seem to be packaged bars. You should visit Classic Lexus where it's a first class experience in every way Akron Lexus fails in comparison. The Bedford Toyota service is more comfortable and professional than Akron Lexus. It's very disappointing.

Service was fine. I had called responding to notification about items suggested to be done. Called back leaving several messages. Took 3 hrs for a response from service. A first but disappointing. Also, went to another service company for brakes since you were almost double the price....and no one recommends to turn rotors anymore, except you??

A couple of people at your service department said it’s “hit or miss” not what I expect of Lexus. Would like to understand why this is the case.
