Nik was great. I was bringing my car in for free 6 month service and a recall and I got a text message that showed I would owe money. I called to check on this and was transferred around 4 times until someone took a message for Nic to return my call. He called right back and assured me there would be no cost. Why was I sent that notice in the first place?
