Disappointed with Service Despite Tire Warranty I brought my Lexus in to have a flat tire replaced—something I expected to be fully covered since I purchased the tire and wheel warranty. However, I was still charged labor costs, which was already frustrating. On top of that, the dealership failed to properly process my warranty claim, and now I’m being charged for a tire sensor that is part of the new tire and should be covered under my warranty. This error has left me responsible for costs that should not be my responsibility. I expected a higher level of professionalism and attention from a Lexus service center. When a customer purchases a warranty and comes to the dealership for covered service, the process should be handled correctly and transparently.

I would like state for the record, I called the service desk numerous times for Josh requesting a status check. He never returned my phone calls or responded to my texts. After so many calls, I actually requested the General Manager. This is unacceptable. Moreover, he promised to return my vehicle on Monday but sent a text on Tuesday to confirm it was ready for delivery. Summarily, this negative comment could have been avoided, only if some communication was consistent throughout my service experience with Lexus of Akron/Canton.
