Scott was very kind from start to finish. He was considerate of my time and needs. The customer service was over the top at the Akron Lexus. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced in Akron. Much kinder than the Cleveland group. They put my confidence back in Lexus. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
