It appears that everything went well. It was very busy. When I made an appointment they said it would be 45 minutes. It ended up being 75 minutes. They would not give me a loaner because of the brief time it would take. I wish we would have been able to have a loaner.

LAk/ CA. HAS ALWAYS BEEN WHAT I FEEL A 10 star dealership. My only disagreement was early on with the sales staff I came with an offer from a clev Lexus dealership. And wishing to deal closer to home wanted to buy here . They would not even consider matching the offer . Next I bought an Acura. When I wanted an SUV I THOUGHT ILL TRY AGAIN YOUR DEALER SHIP LET ME TAKE A DEMONSTRATER FOR A WKEND IN COLUMBUS AND I BOUGHT THE 2006 when I returned Best auto I ever owned. 2nd best was a 1963. Pontiac Grand Prix can’t like the grill design of the present Lexus style wont buy one thanks for listening
