The only issue seemed to be with my appt. I scheduled my appt months earlier. Received another call requesting to schedule my appt. I told her I already had one scheduled & after some difficulty she finally found my scheduled appt. When I arrived at the service center they did not have me in the schedule. Seems to be some kind of glitch in scheduling system, at least for me.

Excellent maintenance work tracking down a slow leak in drivers side rear tire. A small dry wall screw was removed and tire patched. The tech took the time to attach the screw to the paperwork so I could see what the root cause was. Nice job. Professional and courteous staff.
