I was satisfied with Scott’s performance, just not with the other person who took over for Scott. If I would have been able to deal with Scott through the entire process, I would have been thoroughly satisfied. His co-worker was extremely unprofessional I am sorry I had to report the incident, but if it wasn’t for Scott , I would never come back!
