Nick was MIA. I waited for him when I dropped the car off. When I returned he was not there. However Norm was fantastic! He returned my car and had me sign off the paperwork. Norm pulled my car from the “wash line” as it hadn’t been cleaned. Norm greatest me when I checked in and could not have been more accommodating. What a great employee.

From the moment I drove up to the Service door that automatically opened (an amazing experience), to the spotless floor inside, the wonderful greeting by the young man who obviously was trained to give concierge level service to the greeting by Nikolas Rair who got me in and out rapidly, the lended vehicle showing up before I turned around from the counter, I was out of there. Then when I came to pick up my car that was detailed superbly, smelled amazing and every crevice cleaned, made it an effortless service. It was like the first day I drove the car off the lot. The computer/updated I noted immediately and improved my information data feed. The car drove even smoother with the tire rotation. Superb, just superb. Dr Streeter
