Scott was very accommodating and provided great service and professionalism today. All services were needed and met. Attitude is everything and the service group displayed a positive, can do spirit.

Because there were several repairs needing attention, I would have rather had the opportunity to know them all in order to prioritize how I would address them. I was not in the position to have all repairs made at one time. I came in for a oil change and to have the panel under my car service. I waited for the oil change, while I waited I was told that I needed tires. I authorize the tire was given a loaner and left. I was called and informed that I had a critical need for a water pump, brake pads etc, etc, etc… Had I know the various repairs were needed up front, I could advised which could
be addressed. My dissatisfaction is that the under carriage panel that I went in for was not taken care of and is still dragging the ground.
I realize my car is not new and repairs should be expected but the way this was handle was subpar for Lexus.

I was given one date, and they didn't come. Then was given another date and was told I would be 1st on the list. I had to call to see when they were coming and was told I was not put down to be 1st on list. I received a text that my car was completed and needed to pay for the valet. I then waited for a call to tell me when my car would be arriving, never got the car. I then called the dealership to inquire, and the told me that the driver just got back and would be going home. I just felt things was not properly handled from beginning to end. Also, when I got my car back, all my settings were changed . Don't understand why all settings had to be changed for an oil change. I know it was a 6 month free service, but i was a dissatisfied customer.
