I think it would have been very nice to hear from someone that it was going to take over a day to rotate my tires! I think it’s pretty crazy to have to do something at 150 miles that did not to be fine until 5,000 miles! I did not get a call, a text or an email that the car would not be brought back until the next day! But I guy I’ve to pay the $10 fir picking up my car - is it really all about the money and not customer service?

I cannot make my GPS cell phone program have audio in my Lexus ES. If I program my Maps app for a destination, I can hear the instructions until I start my Lexus. It was reviewed at my service call today. I was told it worked because the tech used his phone and it worked. After reading the owner’s manual when I got home, I am believing that my cell phone’s Bluetooth is not being recognized by the Lexus Bluetooth. I tried following the instructions but was still not successful. Still frustrated.
