From my last service and the current service I was constantly having to follow up when my messages were not answered. My service was inconsistent and not done properly the first time. The operators constantly put me through to voicemail and did not inform me when my service man was off or on a call or back from lunch. The entire process was frustrating and disappointing. I hope this time my car is fixed.
